License Renewal Reminders
Individual Intermediary Licenses that identify February 15 as the expiration date, are no longer valid and should be destroyed. In June, 2006 the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance sent all licensees an updated license copy identifying a new expiration date based on birth month and year of original licensure.
Licensees can confirm their license expiration date at the OCI website at: www.oci.wi.gov. Click on Agent/Agency Lookup, and follow the prompts.
Changes to the Transfer Return Form
