HUD-1 Update!

Many of you have been calling with questions about the new HUD-1 and procedures.  In order to help you out, below you will find a link to the HUD web site concerning RESPA.  There is a lot of useful information and you are encouraged to read it.  The most important links are the New RESPA FAQs, the RESPA final rule (just Appendix A to Part 3500) and the 4 links for the HUD-1 itself and instructions.
